Contributor's Websites:
Here are a few more DC-related sites worth visiting:
- The
Comic Book Pro's E-Mail Addresses - Includes a lot of people
that you didn't know were online! If you're impressed by any
of the artwork or writing in Fanzing, why not tell your favorite
editor about us. (We know that there are some DC "lurkers" out
there, but it never hurts to put in a good word!)
- DC Comics'
Official Website
- rec.arts.comics.dc.universe
is the most popular newsgroup for discussing DC Comics. If your
Netscape or Internet Exploder browser is configured for news,
you should be able to click the link and go right to it.
- Marv
Wolfman's Home Page should be of interest to any Titans
fans.
- Tony's
Online Tips is Tony Isabella's website, with daily musings
from the celebrated comics writer.
- Gotham
Gazette - The monthly BATMAN magazine on the web!
- We've found Scott
Hollifield's Comics Page to be one of the best online resources.
Particularly handy are the complete listing of characters' first
appearances and the complete listing of comics published by
DC Comics.
- Another handy reference is Who's
Whose In The DC Universe , a guide to what writer/artists
created comic book characters.
- Have you got a decent-speed modem? Then this is one site
you've gotta try! The
CHEEKS THE TOY WONDER HOME PAGE is simply one of
the most enjoyable Silver Age salutes around! There's cover
analysis, examinations as to why the Silver Age was so successful,
details about various series...and the HALL of SHAME!
- The
Periodic Table of Comics - What a great idea for a site!
John P. Selegue, an organometallic chemistry professor at the
U of Kentucky's Department of Chemistry, has compiled a listing
of every element in comics such as Metal Men, Doom Patrol and
Metamorpho!
- Sequential
Tart is a monthly comic book fanzine by and about women.
- The
Captain's Justice League Homepage is another fairly comprehensive
JLA site.
- JLA
Headquarters
- Avia Free's Justice
League International HQ is one of the few Giffen-era Justice
League sites around!
- Visit the website of artists J.H.
Williams III and Mick Gray , illustrators of my favorite
new and now canceled comic, Chase.
- DCU:
Next Generation focuses on DC's teen stars.
- Starman
Compendium - If you haven't visited, you don't know Jack
Knight.
- Nik "Superboy" Stanosheck runs two Web sites; The
Unofficial TRIAD Website and The
Unofficial SUPERBOY Website!
- Unofficial
Green Lantern Corps Web Page covers Hal Jordan, Guy Gardner,
John Stewart, Kilowog, Ch'p, Salaak and the 3600-member Green
Lantern corps. It probably also discusses that Crab-Faced Guy,
but I skipped over that part.
- LEGENDS
, a bimonthly Amateur Press Association with a focus on comics
and popular media -- DC Comics in particular. They are actively
seeking new members.
- The most complete Dr.
Fate site you'll ever see!
- The complete DC
Timeline is based on the Zero Hour timeline, although it
uses actual years instead of "10 years ago".
- Comics don't get much weirder than The
Doom Patrol
- Unofficial
JLI HomePage concentrates on the much-loved "Giffen" era
of the Justice League
- The
Unofficial Green Arrow Compendium is run by Scott McCullar,
an aspiring writer/artist and the webmaster for Chuck Dixon's
web site!
- Comic
Books Review focuses on classic comics of the 50s-70s.
- Earth
Angel: The Legend of Supergirl covers Supergirl's history
over the last four decades.
- Hydraski's
Cesspool - Ignore the name. It's a showcase of comic book
art and writing.

Those Who Ride the Lightning.

Guys and Gals of the Golden Age.

Elseworlds Home Page.
- The
Huntress Unofficial Webpage.

a new, mature-readers version of Yellow
Kid as an online comic!

an all-Spanish Fan Fiction site. You'll find a few of our fiction
pieces translated into Spanish, too.

Titans Fan Fiction is a site to which several Fanzingers
have contributed fiction stories.
- Nightwing artist Scott
McDaniel's web site showcases his artwork and his thoughts.
- The

for lovers of fan fiction.
